Noida: The Orientation Program 2025 at AAFT University of Media and Arts turned into an enlightening session on health, nutrition, and holistic living with the presence of Ms. Ishi Khosla—Founder of Whole Foods India and the Celiac Society of India, celebrated nutritionist, author, and now Industry Dean of AAFT School of Health and Wellness.
In her thought-provoking address, Ishi Khosla emphasized the importance of balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and lifestyle choices that contribute to long-term well-being. She encouraged students to prioritize their health while pursuing their academic and professional goals, reminding them that true success is incomplete without physical vitality and mental wellness.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and President of Marwah Studios, underlined the growing need for education in health and wellness. “In today’s fast-paced world, the value of wellness education is paramount. At AAFT, we are committed to nurturing professionals who understand the significance of a healthy body and mind alongside creative excellence,” he said.
As a mark of honor and recognition, Dr. Marwah presented Ishi Khosla with the Life Membership of the International Film and Television Club (IFTC) for her outstanding contribution to health awareness and public service.
The session concluded with an interactive dialogue that left students motivated to adopt healthier lifestyles while preparing to become leaders in their chosen fields.
