At that time, the business occupied 1408 square feet and the main products it sold were for the communications, TV repair industries and retail sales. When Morley and his wife relocated to Nova Scotia in October 1995, Joe and his wife Janice purchased Morley's portion of the company. Joe continued to operate Ko-Hen Electronics solo until January 1998, when his son Brent Koziol joined the business. In 2002, Joe and Brent leased the neighboring space in Truck Town and expanded the operation to 3840 square feet to accommodate new inventory and products. When Joe retired, the reins of the company were turned completely over to Brent. Brent and his wife, Nonette, are now the sole owners, and still operate the company as a family business.
