Noida, July 2025: The 10th Annual Meet of the Writers’ Association of India will take place at the iconic Marwah Studios, Film City Noida, bringing together a distinguished gathering of writers, authors, poets, and poetesses from across the nation. The event is being organized in association with the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), Asian Academy of Arts, and AAFT International Skill Development Council, reinforcing its national and global literary relevance.
Presiding over the prestigious meet, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and President of the Writers’ Association of India, emphasized the critical role of literary skills in the creative professions. “It is very important that everyone associated with media and the arts must know how to read, how to speak, and how to write,” said Dr. Marwah. “Only then can they rise to a better and bigger platform. Writing is not just a skill, it’s the soul of all creative expression.”
This annual meet will serve as a platform for literary minds to contribute ideas, share experiences, and lay the groundwork for making the upcoming Global Literary Festival Noida more vibrant, impactful, and internationally celebrated. Panel discussions, poetry readings, book launches, and strategy sessions will be held to promote literary growth and cross-cultural collaboration.
The Writers’ Association of India, under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Marwah, has consistently worked to uplift the voices of writers and preserve the literary fabric of the country through regular conferences, workshops, and international exchanges.
